Welcome to Brookshaw Stuart Netball Club

                                  Dear Brookshaw Parent/Guardian

Further to the England Netball email sent to EN Members on 18th August, we are delighted to advise you that Brookshaw Stuart Junior Netball Club will be running training sessions again from September but we will need players, parents/guardians to follow the England Netball and Government guidance.

The general principle is that after completing socially distanced arrival, registration and COVID check procedures, a squad will be able to train together on a court. The warm up, skills and fitness training and small sided games will be socially distanced. There will be minimal sharing of equipment. There will be a break every 15 minutes to sanitise hands, balls and posts as necessary. Intra club match play will follow the new 4ft (120cm) distancing rules. When off court and leaving training, 2m social distancing must be maintained.

Please carefully read the information below detailing the Government approved England Netball Stage 4a modifications and protocols to help prevent the spread of COVID 19.

Before attending training players and parents/guardians need to

We have included some information and links which we would ask you to share with your child/children. Your coach will arrange a briefing to go through the protocols before your first training session.

We will move onto Stage 4b – Leagues and Competitions with modified rules – as and when these competitions resume. Currently we do not have a date for these.

To allow for the club, players, parents and coaches, to settle into our new training procedures we will be offering a phased return, building the number of teams at training each week. Therefore, we would like to invite the following teams back to training from;

Friday 11th September

Crusha, 7-Up

Oasis, Corona

Friday 18th September

Crusha, 7-Up, Cresta, Pepsi

Oasis, Corona, Tizer

Friday 25th September

Crusha, 7-Up, Cresta, Pepsi, Tango

Oasis, Corona, Tizer, Cola, Sprite

Friday 2nd October onwards

Crusha, 7-Up, Cresta, Pepsi, Tango

Rest assured, all procedures will be regularly monitored and reviewed by coaches/committee and the COVID Team.

With Kind Regards
